- Landing rates in excess of 20
(on a scale of 0 - 20)
- West Nile Virus, St. Louis Encephalitis, or Eastern Equine Encephalitis surveillance indicators are present to warrant the above Department of Health announcement
- Truck and aerial spraying ongoing
- Residents cautioned to practice the 5 Ds
