CoVid-19

Operations are continuing with the following precautions. As of 3/23/20 we are closed to the public. Service requests in the District will be responded to but we ask you to not approach the responding field technician. Instead of contacting you in person, they will call when they arrive and either leave a door hanger or call again with a report.

Field technicians are still monitoring traps daily and conducting routine surveillance of breeding sites, to include helicopter surveillance of the salt marsh. If you see our technicians in the field please follow the social distancing guidelines and do not approach. Normally we welcome public interaction but safety is currently a concern.

Much like sewer services and trash pick-up, mosquito control is a sanitation component of public health. If not maintained, diseases can threaten the community. For that reason, we will continue to operate to the best of our ability.
